Request diff between arbitrary revisions / Display revisions graphically

This new file holds translatable strings we use in the stylesheets.
We need one such file per supported language.
Structure is straightforward, just a linear list of key->text pairs.
  keys    are defined inside stylesheets
  texts   are the actual translation string for a given key.
Translator should operate this way:

 1. copy en.xml to the new file yourlanguage.xml
 2. change the language attribute in the l10n tag
 3. translate all the textt attributes
